Yes Coach! is a free workout tracker with no ads and no tracking. This page says what it stores and why.
What is stored
- Your email address and a password (stored hashed), to sign you in.
- What you enter: your training log, plan, schedule, notes and the details you give in About you (such as age, weight and notes about your body).
- What you send through the Feedback & Requests tab: your message, your first name, our replies, and with each ticket the email you sign in with, the app version, your browser and device type, your screen size and your language. Never your training data.
Where and who can see it
Your data is stored with Supabase, the database service that runs Yes Coach!. Each account can only read its own data; this is enforced by the database itself. The person who runs Yes Coach! can read the tickets you send, including the first name and sign-in email saved with them so we know who we are talking to, and nothing else you enter. Your data is not sold, shared or used for advertising, and there are no analytics or third-party trackers.
Fonts and charts are served from the same site, and there are no analytics, trackers or ads. The one other website involved is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that loads only on the sign-in screen (and the screen where you approve a connection), before you are signed in. Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser details when it runs; once you are signed in, it is not loaded. Pages carry a content security policy that only allows the app's own code, its connection to the Supabase database and, on those two screens, Turnstile.
AI
Yes Coach! never sends your data to an AI service by itself. When you ask an AI for a plan or a review, the app prepares the text and you paste it into an AI chat of your choice yourself.
You can also connect your own AI app, such as Claude, to your account. You do that yourself and it asks you first on a screen that says what it can do. A connected app can read your plan, log, notes and the details in About you, and can change your training days, weekly schedule and exercises and answer your notes. It can not change what you logged, delete anything, read tickets or delete your account; the database enforces this. What it reads is then handled by that AI under its own privacy terms, not ours. You can disconnect it any time in Settings, Connected AI apps, and it loses access straight away.
Deleting your data
Settings, Delete my account removes your account and all your data for good, including the tickets you sent. You can download a full backup first.
